"Course Rating" plugin aims at enhancing Totara (and Moodle) site by offering a seamless integration for students to express their course experiences, contributing to a more interactive and responsive learning platform. It’s key functionalities include:
- Interactive Rating System: Users can rate courses they are enrolled in using an intuitive 5-star rating system, directly impacting the course's feedback.
- Dynamic Rating Changes: The plugin allows users to adjust their ratings as often as they wish, ensuring that feedback remains current and accurate.
- Rating Cancellation: Users have the flexibility to cancel their ratings if needed, adding an extra layer of user control.
- Top Rated Courses Display: The plugin automatically collates and displays the top 10 highest-rated courses, sorted by the number of votes to break ties, facilitating recognition of popular courses.
- Real-time Feedback: Course ratings are updated in real-time, offering immediate insight into a course's reception and quality.
- Customisable Display: Administrators can configure the plugin to suit their feedback display preferences, maintaining consistency with their Moodle/Totara site's design.
